Today started out great!! Scale showed down 3 lbs! WOOT!! Got a good full body workout in today also.
Went out to eat after belt promotions, and THOUGHT I was making good choices----NOT!
Turns out I blew my calories away by eating an extra 300 cals... ratios were thrown way off too....
Carbs-38%/Protein-28%/Fat-35% OUCH! I could try and explain it away, but it was really the avocado, bacon and egg on my cobb salad.
So, lesson learned!! But I will definitely take my small victories as they come!
