Saturday 2/20
Had a good day today! Went to the gym in the morning, and did a 1 hour Spinning class. What a blast!! I had forgotten how much fun Spinning really is.
During the day, I worked on completing a Fast Track Daily challenge of 300 squats. I got to 100 before I ran out of time, but still not bad!
Later in the day, I had a Kempo-MMA seminar. Talk about calorie burn! Wow!
Nutrition for the day was good. I ate a total of 1495 calories...which was a little lower than my goal (goal is 1600-1650 per day). Ratios were good too, 40% protein, 40%carbs and 20% fat.
So overall, it was a good day! See you tomorrow!
