
Today was pretty good. Got a good, heavy cardio workout today. Kept my HR above 150 for the majority of the 30 min. My goal was to keep it above 145, so I did well there. I bumped up the resistance too. I have been using the Precor 100i--which to me looks like a Transformer.. LOL! It's different in that you can change your speed/stride/direction without having to push any buttons... very cool, huh?
Anyway, nutrition was very good until I got home, and hubby cooked up his famous crockpot spaghetti sauce. I had about 1c of cooked spaghetti and splurged on the sauce. Also had 2 slices of bread w/some garlic powder.. yum!
I'll be better on the nutrition today, and plan a little extra cardio to work of the spaghetti. :)
